Before I was cleaning it with antibacterial soap (what the worker told me to do) but then I felt a bump inside my nose where the hole is made for my piercing. I read some stuff up and started cleaning it with salt and water. I've been doing this for a while now but the bump is still there, and it looks pretty red on the outside. Help?

No rushing, been stretching for two years. Now, I have bubbles on my lobes, thy appear to be filled with liquid. I'm freaking out because I've never had a problem.
